  1. Submit the entity creation documents to the Virginia State Corporation Commission.
  2. Provide a Business Entity Registration Application to the Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, Certified Interior Designers, and Landscape Architects. Attach a copy of the entity’s establishment certificate and organizational papers (corporation charter and bylaws if a corporation, partnership contract if a partnership).
